Liza B is an educator, television writer, and advocate for creative learning. She has dedicated over seven years to tutoring students from middle school through high school. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude, Political Science and Communications, 2020), Liza’s tutoring career is complemented by her success in television writing, with projects in development at award-winning production companies. Her teaching philosophy centers on making learning engaging and fun, using her background in theater, comedy, and acting to tailor lessons to each student’s interests and needs. Specializing in ERB and ISEE prep for middle schoolers and college essay writing for high schoolers, Liza focuses on not just understanding concepts but also building lasting skills and confidence. When she’s not tutoring, Liza can be found singing, performing comedy, and hunting for the best estate sales in LA.
