Sarah B.

I attended St. Johns School in Houston, Texas before attending Boston University (College of General Studies). After two years, I was eager for a different environment and desire to continue studying multiple disciplines, so I transferred to Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut where I graduated with a BA in Government, with a focus in International Politics and a certificate in Environmental Studies. Always looking for learning opportunities, I completed my certification in Mediation during my senior year and during the pandemic I completed my Arbitration services training. I’m also in the process of earning an associate degree in Paralegal Studies, combining my passion for research and organizational skills. I have also coached and taught youth swimming and rock climbing, and taught yoga for all ages. I love teaching, providing extra academic support, and helping students create their own individual organizational systems. I focus on Executive Functioning support, critical thinking, and ISEE test prep. When I’m not tutoring, I enjoy hiking, creating in the kitchen, dancing, keeping up my French, and hanging out with my two cats, Max and Harry.
